Lionstone outsources major functions except investment decisions and investor reporting. With the quality of people in the real estate service business at an all time high, the firm believes that the execution capabilities of top-tier third-party professionals can be equal to or in some cases superior to in-house talent. In addition, the use of third-party providers supports the firm’s investment strategies.

Existing Service Providers
Lionstone enjoys a preferred provider relationship with two firms: Holiday, Fenoglio for mortgage financing and Transwestern Commercial Services for property management and leasing. While these relationships are not exclusive, Lionstone finds that third-party firms who know the firm’s philosophy, investment programs, and staff can help Lionstone execute at a consistently high quality level of service.
