Lionstone outsources major functions except investment decisions and investor reporting. With the quality of people in the real estate service business at an all-time high, the firm believes that the execution capabilities of top-tier third-party professionals can be equal to or in some cases superior to in-house talent. In addition, the use of third-party providers supports the firm’s investment strategies.

Existing Service Providers
Lionstone enjoys a preferred provider relationship with several firms for a variety of services, such as Holliday Fenoglio Fowler for mortgage financing and Jackson Walker for legal counsel.   While these relationships are not always exclusive, Lionstone finds that third-party firms who provide a consistently high quality level of service and know the firm’s philosophy, investment programs, and staff can help Lionstone execute at a very high level with consistency.
