Alan Arnold
Vice President

Alan is a Vice President of The Lionstone Group. He is directly responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and managing investments in Lionstone’s Urban Investments program. 

Prior to joining Lionstone, Alan was a development associate with Martin Fein Interests, a Houston-based developer of Class A apartments. Previously, he worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Furash & Company in Washington, DC, where he served the banking and housing finance industries.

Alan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
