Alan is a Senior Vice President of The Lionstone Group responsible for acquisitions and capital formation.  Alan has led over $1 billion of office, multi-family, and land acquisitions nationally in urban and suburban core locations across Lionstone’s investment programs.  Alan recommends changes to program strategies and tactics based on evolving real estate and capital markets conditions, including raising equity capital around the most promising opportunities.

Prior to joining Lionstone, Alan was a development associate with Martin Fein Interests, a Houston-based developer of Class A apartments. Previously, he worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Furash & Company in Washington, DC, where he served the banking and housing finance industries.

Alan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
