David is a Vice President of The Lionstone Group.  He is currently responsible for the supervision of the management functions of TLG’s national Cash Flow Office investment program.

Prior to joining Lionstone, David served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Dispositions at Argus Realty Investors,  L.P., one of the largest U.S. tenants-in-common sponsors based in Orange County, California, managing over 10 million square feet of office and industrial properties with an aggregate value over $1.5 billion.  During his tenure at Argus, he successfully sold 11 properties for over $270 million.  Prior to Argus, he served as Vice President, Real Estate at Wilshire Financial Services Corporation in Portland, Oregon and was responsible for the management and disposition of real estate assets held in the U.S., U.K., and France.

David held the position of 1st Vice President, Financial Operations with one of the largest S&L in Texas in the 1980s where he was responsible for all real estate and joint venture accounting.  David also held controllership positions with several commercial real estate developers/managers.

David received his MBA from University of Houston, and is a CPA licensed in Texas.
