John Enerson is a Vice President of The Lionstone Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all operational aspects of The Lionstone Group. In addition, he performs numerous other roles within the firm including transaction support on the acquisitions, dispositions and financings within all investment programs.

Prior to joining Lionstone, John spent eight years at Enron Corp where, among other activities, co-managed a $700 million portfolio of debt and equity investments in various industrial, energy, oil and gas, and venture-stage companies. He also conducted several high-level post bankruptcy internal investigations of Enron activities that occurred prior to its bankruptcy.

John practiced law for eight years at Baker Botts and other national law firms with a focus on project finance matters and is experienced in all areas of transactional law.

John graduated with honors from Fairfield University and received his law degree from Villanova University where he was a Case and Comment Editor on the Villanova Law Review.
