Jason Swatsenbarg
Chief Operating Officer

Jason is the Chief Operating Officer of The Lionstone Group. Beginning in 2010, Jason became responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all operational aspects of the firm as well as all of the firms’ investment programs.

From joining the firm in 2003 through 2009, he was responsible for the management of all aspects of Lionstone’s accounting, tax planning and compliance, treasury and risk management functions. Jason was also responsible for investor and lender reporting compliance as well as assisting the partners in all aspects of the administration of Lionstone.

Prior to joining Lionstone, Jason was a manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Houston. Previously, Jason was a manager, senior and staff in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston. While with Andersen, he received his CPA.
