Richard Rowell
Controller

Richard is the Controller of the Urban Investments program. He is directly responsible for all aspects of Urban Investments accounting, tax planning and compliance, treasury, risk management and investor and lender reporting functions.

Prior to joining Lionstone, he was a manager and senior in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Houston. Previously, he was a senior and staff in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston.

Richard is a graduate of the University of Houston.
