Lionstone US Land invests in conjunction with local operating partners, in large attractively priced urban or suburban core land tracts (each over $10 million), master plans these tracts into mixed use developments and sells development-ready parcels. US Land seeks to invest in larger illiquid tracts which have limited buyers at discount prices, and sell smaller more liquid tracts with a much broader acceptance at premium prices.
